Services Agreement

THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of 19-02-2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between: (1) AURA Frames, (collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party”).

WHEREAS, Company possesses professional expertise in the field of Video Editing, and offers its clients certain Video Editing services; and

WHEREAS, Client desires to engage Company and Company accepts the engagement to perform certain professional Video services for Client in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, the Parties agree as follows:
